Shipping Policy – Sugar Sweet

Thank you for shopping with Sugar Sweet!
We’re thrilled to deliver our delicious sweets right to your door (or locker!). Please read below to understand how our shipping works.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During busy periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your InPost tracking details.

2. Shipping Method & Cost

We currently ship all orders using InPost, a convenient and reliable parcel locker delivery service.

You’ll be notified by InPost when your parcel is ready to collect from your chosen locker location.

3. How InPost Delivery Works

  1. At checkout, select InPost as your delivery method.

  2. Choose your preferred locker location — near your home, work, or local shop.

  3. You’ll receive tracking updates and a unique code from InPost once your parcel is ready for collection.

  4. Collect your order at your convenience — lockers are available 24/7 in most locations.

Please collect your parcel within the timeframe stated by InPost (usually 48–72 hours). Uncollected parcels will be returned to us automatically.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK via InPost.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

5. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking link from InPost for real-time updates.

  2. If there’s still an issue, contact us at sugarsweetsupplies1@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.

Please note: Once parcels are handed over to InPost, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or locker network. However, we’ll always do our best to assist.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of collection.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the items and packaging.

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Warm Weather Notice

During hot weather, sweets may soften or melt in transit. We recommend collecting your parcel promptly once notified.
We cannot be held responsible for temperature-related damage if collection is delayed.
